Booking and Payment Conditions

50% deposit on booking. You will be invoiced 2 weeks before your check-in date for the balance of payment which must be paid before you arrive at Blinkwater. 

Cancellation Policy 

If cancelling 30-14 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the booking total. If cancelling less than 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total. 

Transfer Policy 

We allow booking transfers to other dates free of charge, provided there are sites available.

Check-in and Check-out

Arrival from 12 pm and departure by 11 am
Make note of your campsite number and on arrival follow the signboards to find your site. 

Permissions required

  • Using the shared braai area exclusively for your group at a cost of R200 per day.

  • Parties or functions.

  • Day visitors.

  • Late check-out after 11 am.

  • Bringing pets – only small well-behaved dogs are allowed. If your animals disturb people, wildlife or other pets in any way, you will be asked to leave.
