Booking and Payment Conditions

50% deposit on booking. You will be invoiced 2 weeks before your check-in date for the balance of payment which must be paid before you arrive at Blinkwater. 

Cancellation and Transfer Policy 

If cancelling or transferring less then 30 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit. If cancelling or transferring less then 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.

High Season

School holidays, Easter and long weekends 
11 December 2026 – 3 January 2027

Check-in and Check-out

Arrival from 12 pm and departure by 11 am
Make note of your campsite number and on arrival follow the signboards to find your site. 

Permissions required

• Using the shared braai area exclusively for your group at a cost of R200 per day.

• Parties or functions.

• Day visitors.

• Late check-out after 11 am.

• Bringing pets – only small well-behaved dogs are allowed. If your animals disturb people, wildlife or other pets in any way, you will be asked to leave.
